On August 10, 2012 I sent a letter, SASE and two photos to Alan Menken. On December 1, 2012 I received both of my photos back signed and one personalized!
I have grown up watching Disney movies, and I am so proud to have the man who has written the musical scores to so many of the animated features (over the past three decades!) in my collection. I absolutely adore the songs from Beauty and the Beast and The Little Mermaid especially. I sing them all the time! Thank you so much, Mr. Menken!
